Consumer organisation Testaankoop awards hey! telecom with a double “Best of the Test” label win

In its latest assessment of the Belgian telecom market, Testaankoop has recognised hey! telecom for its strong performance, awarding the digital brand of Orange Belgium two “Best of the Test” labels. It has been named best mobile provider and best provider for combined mobile and internet services for 2026. This double distinction marks a positive milestone in the brand’s continued growth and confirms its steady progress in the market.

Independent recognition built on four pillars

Testaankoop’s labels are based on a broad and rigorous evaluation that brings together real consumer experiences, extensive network measurements, technical testing and regulatory quality indicators.

The assessment includes:

  • A nationwide satisfaction survey among more than 11,000 consumers
  • Nearly 61,000 network quality measurements via the BeCover+ app
  • A comparative technical test of digital TV decoders and interfaces
  • Quality indicators from the Belgian telecom regulator BIPT, covering customer service responsiveness, installation reliability and problem resolution

Strong performance across mobile and bundled services

The label of best mobile provider is awarded to hey! telecom thanks to consistently high customer satisfaction, excellent network performance as measured by BeCover+, and strong results in mobile voice and data quality as experienced by users across the country.

The operator is also recognised as best provider for mobile and internet combined, reflecting the positive experiences of customers who combine mobile services with home internet. This recognition is supported by strong results in Testaankoop’s assessments and by reliable service and support indicators monitored by the BIPT.
