For the 3rd year in a row, Orange offers free mobile data to all its residential customers to celebrate its anniversary
All residential customers of Orange Belgium will be able to enjoy an additional 3GB of mobile data, free of charge, as part of the Orange Thank You loyalty program, to mark its 3rd anniversary on the Belgian market.
This year Orange customers will not receive 1GB, nor 2GB but 3GB of mobile data free of charge, allowing them to watch more videos, listen to more music, in short have even more fun with their smartphones. All of Orange’s residential postpaid and prepaid customers will be able to benefit from this gift. Customers just have to accept the 3GB in their My Orange App or in the customer zone on www.orange.be/surprise and www.orange.be/verrassing.
Orange Belgium’s customer loyalty program is best in class and the figures speak for themselves:
- In 2018 more than 2.3 million gifts were given to our customers (including 2000 terabytes of free data, and many other gifts such as biscuit boxes, beauty boxes, magazines, books, etc.)
- The same year, a gamification program was launched, allowing customers to fulfill missions and receive rewards
- Since 2015, 500.000 cinema tickets were given to Orange customers through our buy 1 get 1 free cinema advantage
Cristina Zanchi, Chief Consumer Officer explains: “I am very happy to be able to express our gratitude to our loyal customers for the 3rd year in a row. Our customers remain at the heart of everything we do and we are determined to respond to their unmet needs. The 3 GB of mobile data free of charge will allow them to benefit from Orange’s state-of-the-art network offering them a wide range of opportunities tocall, text and surf seamlessly”.
The Orange Brand arrived in Belgium already 3 years ago
The objective of introducing the Orange brand in Belgium in May 2016 was to support the company´s convergence strategy and the launch of its first convergent offer Love. Three years after its launch, Orange has more than 200.000 customers benefitting from mobile + Internet + TV. Last year, Orange significantly improved its convergent offer Love with new features: new TV channels for both French-speaking and Dutch-speaking customers have been added and a mobile TV application has been launched, allowing customers to watch TV on their smartphone or tablet wherever they are in Belgium and in Europe.
