Orange Belgium announces the departure of Antoine Chouc, Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 April 2026

Orange Belgium announces the departure of Antoine Chouc, Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Chouc will leave his role effective 1 April 2026 to become Chief Financial and Strategy Officer at Orange France. Until 1 April 2026, Mr. Chouc will remain fully engaged in his responsibilities and, together with the teams, ensure a smooth and orderly transition. His successor will be appointed in the coming weeks.

Antoine Chouc joined Orange Belgium in March 2021. Before that, he was Chief of Staff of the Chairman & CEO of the Orange Group and held senior positions within the French Ministry of Economics and Finance. Antoine Chouc has been instrumental in the improvement of the company’s profitability over the past years in a context of increasing market competition.
