Orange Belgium becomes 100% shareholder of Brussels distribution partners A3Com and A&S Partners

Orange Belgium announces today it has become 100% shareholder of A3Com and A&S Partners, who both have already been distribution partners of Orange Belgium for almost 20 years. Through the acquisition of both partners Orange Belgium strengthens its footprint in the Brussels region.

A3Com was already an exclusive Orange Belgium agent, specialised in telecommunications product sales and services for residential customers through a network of 12 Orange shops located in the Brussels region. It employs 45 people. A&S Partners, also an existing Orange Belgium agent, provides telecommunications services to B2B customers within the Brussels region via a dedicated sales team of 35 professionals under the name of AS Mobility.

Michaël Trabbia, CEO of Orange Belgium, declares: “We welcome both A3Com and A&S Partners in the Orange Belgium Group. They have been proven to be very reliable and trustworthy distribution partners over the past years. This acquisition streamlines our distribution channels, and we’re looking forward to investing further in the Brussels region. Our main focus will be customer experience and satisfaction in all B2C and B2B product and service offers.”

Today Orange Belgium distributes its products and services via a network of 141 owned and partner Orange shops, in addition to 73 points of sale located in Carrefour hypermarkets and Media Markt stores across the country.
