Orange Belgium crowns 6 AI innovators in the 8th Orange Fab edition

Orange Belgium has selected Camunda, Donna, Druid AI, Superchat, Roamler and SmartSpotter as the winners of the 8th edition of Orange Fab, its accelerator program, which this time centered on innovative AI applications. Around 150 guests gathered at The Standard in Brussels to discover the winning start‑ups and explore an engaging AI experience showcasing the potential of next‑generation technologies. The program also featured keynote speeches and insights from leading AI experts.

Founded in 2016, Orange Fab Belgium & Luxembourg accelerates collaboration between Orange and high‑potential start-ups and scale-ups. Over a 6‑month programme, selected companies collaborate with Orange teams, aiming to build sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships. This edition reinforces Orange Belgium’s ambition to remain at the forefront of technological innovation by integrating advanced AI into its various aspects of its business processes.

AI at the service of real business impact

For its 8th edition, Orange Fab launched the ‘AI Challenge’, calling on start-ups to propose AI‑driven solutions tailored to Orange Belgium’s needs and capable of addressing five concrete business cases:

  1. Leveraging AI Avatars in strategic locations to enhance customer experience and sales
  2. Empowering team members and ambassadors to gather local insights on competitors’ activities
  3. Personalizing communication on digital touchpoints for self-employed customers
  4. Streamlining B2B Salesforce usage for internal sales teams
  5. Facilitating post-incident analysis and communication for internal and external stakeholders
