Orange Belgium doubles the mobile data volume of all mobile subscriptions that are part of a LOVE bundle

 

The evolution of Orange Belgium’s convergent LOVE offer continues apace. After the ongoing expansion of TV channels and the launch of its Orange TV application, Orange is now offering a further benefit for its LOVE customers. This comes in the form of doubled mobile data volume for all its LOVE mobile bundle customers (mobile + internet + TV) at no extra cost.

As of September 14th, LOVE customers will have more fun sharing their favorite moments. Using their smartphone as the ultimate entertainment device, they will experience virtually unlimited enjoyment of music, videos and other applications thanks to a 100% increase to their Orange LOVE monthly mobile data volume.

All postpaid and ZEN animal subscriptions that are part of a LOVE bundle will enjoy 100% more mobile data every month as of mid-September 2017. This extra bonus comes free of charge. So the more mobile subscriptions customers have within their LOVE combination, the more everyone can enjoy that double data.

Orange customers share more, stream more and have more fun

Cristina Zanchi, Chief Consumer Officer, explains: “With our LOVE offer, Orange customers benefit from premium TV content and unlimited internet at home, at a really great price. Since the launch of our convergent offer, we have been constantly adding new TV channels. We have also developed the Orange TV app and our latest special surprise for our LOVE customers is the monthly addition of 100% extra mobile data. This enables our customers to get the most out of the entertainment content they access via their smartphone, whether they enjoy streaming videos, music or gaming. We are confident they will be thrilled with this mobile data bonus, from which they will benefit as of September 14th.”

Who gets this bonus?

Double mobile data volume will be added to all current postpaid animal subscriptions as well as our ZEN[1] offers and the Internet Everywhere 15 and 25 subscriptions that are part of a LOVE bundle. Customers who meet these conditions will automatically benefit from the double data allowance as of September 14th, 2017. They do not need to do anything or even contact Orange Customer Care: they will be automatically allocated this extra volume every month.

Business Customers

Independents and small businesses with a LOVE PRO bundle will also see their mobile data allowance doubled as of September 14th.

From November 20th, 2017 this mobile data bonus will be similarly available for convergent business customers with the following Shape & Fix[2] offers: Shape & Fix Comfort, Shape & Fix Extra and/or Shape & Fix Basic with digital lines. These business customers will see their national Shape mobile data volume doubled every month, and as such it will be automatically allocated to all Shape cards. More details will be available come September 15th on business.orange.be/databonus.
