Orange Belgium revamps and boosts its offer for B2B customers with 400 Mbps download speed, double data and television

With the new Shape & Fix Basic, Orange Belgium offers ultra-fast 400 Mbps internet connections to all its B2B customers, along with an extremely competitive price on mobile, data abundance and, -for the first time- television.

For a vast majority of the more than 1 million small businesses in Belgium, a high-speed internet connection is a must-have, along with a reliable mobile network for a good pricing. Following the evolution of SMEs’ needs regarding connection speeds, Orange Belgium has decided to boost its Shape & Fix Basic offer, by offering as from 10th June 400 Mb/s connections for download and up to 40 Mb/s for uploads. SMEs’ storing data in the cloud and using online tools can rely on this higher bandwidth to enjoy fast, efficient and reliable downloads and uploads, which is even more crucial when lots of companies are now heavily relying on homeworking.

As from 49 euros (VAT excluded), businesses can enjoy an extremely fast broadband connection, to which they can add a fixed line with unlimited national calls for 10 euros. And, considering small businesses owners often use their own homes as a center of operation, they can add a TV subscription for only 15 euros more, and get the whole package (fixed internet + fixed phone + television) for 74 euros in total. All of this, with the usual free of charge cyber security tools offered by every B2B offer, and the support of a dedicated and reliable support team. Moreover, opting for a Shape & Fix Basic solution automatically doubles the data volume of a B2B customer’s mobile fleet.

One last thing: as from October, customers subscribing to a Shape & Fix solution will also benefit from a brand new tool: a 4G back-up, allowing them to always stay connected, should a problem occur on their fixed broadband access.

Werner De Laet, chief B2B, Wholesale and Innovation Officer of Orange Belgium, comments: “As a Bold Challenger, we follow closely the habits of our customers and we know a fast and reliable connectivity is a key for many businesses. And as the standards for very high speed broadband have shifted over the time, we found it only logical to provide our B2B customers with excellent download and upload speeds in all our offers, supporting their activities.”
