Orange Belgium substantially upgrades all its mobile data volumes and pursues its segmented strategy to enrich its Orange offers and remain ultracompetitive with hey!

As a next-generation operator Orange Belgium promises to follow and anticipate its customer needs. Therefore, it will minimally double the data cap of all its Go mobile subscriptions, with data volumes up to 300GB. All residential customers will benefit from this extra data abundance. The continuous improvement of Orange Belgium’s offers towards the European standards in terms of data abundance will lead the Orange brand in becoming more premium and increasingly attractive for families. Hence, mobile customers who add fixed internet and/or TV (thus become convergent) or add extra mobile subscriptions (thus become multicard), enjoy an extra discount up to 14€ per subscription. However, to also absorb the impact of rapidly increasing costs linked to the economic context and continue its (network) investments, Orange Belgium will adapt several prices. The changes will be effective as from January 15, 2023. Orange Belgium does not adapt the prices of its b-brand hey!, which continues to seduce digital savvy customers.

More for More

Being the only Belgian operator following a ‘more for more’ logic, Orange Belgium is offering its customers an increasingly large scope of premium services and content, while it is building its multi-gigabit networks at the same time. Orange Belgium now ranges amongst other European players by increasing the data cap of every Go tariff plan with extra GBs, with a mobile subscription of 300GB.

However, the current economic context is marked by unseen levels of inflation. Energy prices, prices of technological equipment, wholesale tariffs and salary costs are rapidly growing. This impacts the cost structure of Orange Belgium, its suppliers, and its partners. Therefore, the operator needs to adapt several prices to maintain Orange Belgium’s quality of services and level of investment.

But Orange Belgium continues to provide extra privileges to families and reinforce its strategic positioning as a convergent operator. Therefor it continuously guides its customers to optimize their services and products depending on their actual and future needs. Because if mobile customers add fixed internet and/or TV (thus become convergent) or add extra mobile subscriptions (thus become multicard), they enjoy an extra discount up to 14€ per subscription (with Go Extreme for instance). This results in extra data abundance without a tariff change.

In this spirit, the mobile price of the convergent, multicard and hey! customers remain unchanged.

Orange Belgium is committed to accompany its customers throughout their telco journey to make sure it always answers their needs, now and in the future, with a complete peace of mind.

hey! continues to seduce data- and price-sensitive customers

For digital savvy customers, Orange Belgium’s fully digital brand hey! is an ultracompetitive offer. Hey! is seducing those customers looking for simple, sharp-priced mobile subscriptions with data abundance. Thanks to its loyalty program, this brand indeed offers a steady increase of the data volume to its customers - +25 % every 3 months until 100 % after a year – meaning a customer opting for its most abundant offer will, after one year, only pay 25 euros for unlimited calls, SMS and 80 GB per month.

The prices of hey! offers do not change. More info on heytelecom.be
